Nasville’s Best Spring Pop-up Bars

 In Nashville

Springtime in Nashville means warmer weather, more time outdoors, and of course, stopping by some of the amazing seasonal pop-up bars that sprout up throughout the city this time of year.

Nashville is known for many things, like its great music taste and fantastic food. The dive bar scene is also part of the city’s culture, but you aren’t limited to the same local haunts when you visit the city.

Spring offers some special pop-up bars that bloom just one each year; make sure you check them out before they’re gone!

Fairlane Hotel — Nash Vice

The 80s in Miami meet modern Nashville at the Fairlane Hotel’s pop-up bar. Enjoy sipping on exclusive cocktails and nomming on some delectable finger foods while you enjoy the view from the warp-around rooftop bar.

You may not think a tropical paradise is possible this far down south, but you’d be wrong. The Fairlane flair makes their pop-up feel straight off the Florida coast, complete with live DJs and delicious treats like fried macaroni bites with candied bacon, coconut cheesecake pops, and a meat & cheese board.

As for drinks, expect some colorful concoctions bursting with fruity flavor, like the Don Johnson, the Sundress and Stilettos, and the Beach Don’t Kill My Vibe.

Dream Hotel — Blossom Pop-up

It may seem like a dream, but this floral pop-up is the real deal. Giant flowers, green archways, and a floral photobooth beckon you to take your next best selfie as you enter the Parlour Bar at the Dream Hotel.

A life-size cherry blossom tree will be available through May 25, and the pop-up will be serving a delightful array of cocktails and tasty garden bites throughout the season.

Signature cocktails will be on the menu, all bearing names of famous floral songs (“Every Rose Has Its Thorn,” anybody?) along with an exclusive seasonal line-up featuring dishes. Try the spring pea and potato ravioli, floral spring rolls, honey pavlova, or a scoop of cherry blossom ice cream!

Tennessee Cobbler Co.

This Southern sweets food truck is one of the best things to ever roll through town. The Nashville-native owners both have deep Southern roots, and they wanted to bring their love of home cooked desserts to the city they adore.

On the truck’s menu, you’ll get some of the sweetest, crumbliest cobbler you’ve ever tasted, all topped with rich, smooth ice cream.

One thing you absolutely have to try? The cobbler milkshake that blends fresh-baked cobbler with hearty scoops of ice cream, topped with whipped cream and, you guessed it, another scoop of cobbler.

Tenn Nash — Flower Power Bar

Nothing says spring like flowers, and they’re out in full force at Tenn Nash. Don your best bell bottoms and don’t forget the floral shirt—this 60s/70s revival party is a blast from the past complete with neon signs and disco balls.

Shake your groove thang while you sip on specialty cocktails and chow down on tasty treats like matcha hummus and poppyseed chili crunch.

A live DJ will spin the hottest tunes of the decades, and you’ll be sure to feel the beat as you boogie down.
